Second change- air travel may be cheaper
The second change that came into force from 1 June 2025 can prove to be a relief for air travelers. In fact, oil market companies have also cut the price of air turbine fuel as well as air turbine fuel along with LPG price cut. If we talk about the ATF Price Cut, then they were reduced to the beginning of the last May. At that time, the price of ATF in Delhi was reduced by Rs 3,954.38 per kilo or 4.4 percent to Rs 85,486.80 per kiloliter. Now it has been cut once again and its price in Delhi has come down to Rs 83,072.55 per kilolor from the first date of June. Similarly, in Kolkata, it has come down to Rs 86,052.57 per kiloliter, Rs 77,602.73 per kilo in Mumbai and Rs 86,103.25 per kilo in Chennai. Aviation companies can reduce railway fares due to reduction in air fuel prices.
