Tata Group and a big deal in government company, this work going on with semiconductor – Tata Group and Bel Deal for Atmanirbhar in Semiconductor and Electronics Tutd

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and Tata Electronics have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to carry forward India’s self -sufficiency in Electronics and Semiconductor Ecosystem. This deal is in line with the government’s perspective of developing indigenous solution and is an important step for both companies.

MOU has been officially signed by Manoj Jain, Chairman of BEL and Dr. Randhir Thakur, CEO of Tata Electronics at the Tata Group headquarters in Mumbai on Thursday, June 5. There will be focus on the discovery of opportunities in government company BEL and Tata Group’s greenfield business Tata Electronics, semiconductor construction, outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services.

Tata Electronics is ready to introduce solutions that will meet the current and future requirements of BEL, including necessary things such as microcontroller (MCU), system-on-chip (SOC) and monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMIC). The goal of both institutions is to take advantage of their expertise for optimal manufacturing solutions.

By focusing on the development of indigenous technologies, BEL and Tata Electronics are ready to bring revolution in the domestic market. It was announced after the market opened on Friday. BEL shares fell 0.76 percent to close at Rs 390.70 during the day. Technically, the counter 5-day, 10-, 20-, 30-, 50-, 100-, 150-day and 200-day simple moving averages (SMA) were trading at more than averages (SMA). Its 14-day relative power index (RSI) came at 76.14, which shows that this share is in overbott category.

So much is the share of promoters
The value of stock is 57.54, while the price-se-book (P/B) is 16.42. Income (EPS) per share was 6.79, while Return (ROE) on equity was 28.55. According to trendline data, BEL has a one -year bet of 1.3, which reflects high volatility. As of March 2025, promoters stake in the government defense company 51.14 percent.
