In the alleged Rs 2000 crore alleged scam case, PWD minister in Kejriwal’s government in Delhi on Friday and AAP leader Satyendra Jain was questioned by the Anti -Corruption Branch (ACB). On 30 April 2025, BJP leaders were accused of scam in the classroom construction, after which a complaint was filed. On the basis of this complaint, questioning was done. During the interrogation, his lawyers were also present along with Satyendra.

What are the allegations against Satyendra Jain?

Satyendra Jain is accused that the cost has been shown by increasing the cost of construction of classrooms in Delhi government schools. Changes were made against the rules in the terms of the tender. Private architects (architects) were reportedly incorrectly paid. Different rates were given for the same work.

What did Satyendra Jain say on ACB investigation?

Reacting to the investigation of ACB, Satyendra Jain said that BJP is trying to wander people from real issues. Instead of fulfilling its promises, the BJP government is trying to trap our leaders.

After interrogation of Satyendra Jain on 6 June, ACB has called former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia on 9 June to summon the reply.
