Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone was in a lot of headlines recently. Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga with the film ‘Spirit’ was discussed everywhere about his controversy. Sandeep dropped Deepika out of her film. Many reasons were revealed for the actress being out of the film, one of which became very viral with her 8 -hour shift and 20 crores.
Rana Daggubati said on Deepika’s demand
Everyone got an eye on Deepika’s demand for 8 hours of shift. The actress got almost everyone’s support from the industry. Many people believed that their demand is correct because she is now the mother of a daughter. Now Bahubali actor Rana Daggubati has expressed her opinion on Deepika’s 8 -hour shift. He says that no one in the industry pressures you to do more than 8 hours of work.
In a conversation with Lallantop, Rana said to shoot the actors on more time sets and said, ‘Nobody puts any pressure on anyone. This is a job. This is similar that no one presses you to do a show. It has always been a choice. Everyone decides what is necessary in their life. Many actors are involved in the industry who work only 4 hours on the set. This is their own system.
Rana’s opinion on work life balance
Rana Daggubati also talked about issues like work life balance in India during her conversation. He says that our country has not yet been fully developed. Our economy is quite low according to per capita income. The population of the country is very high, due to which we have to grow even more. Rana further says that he comes from the Telugu industry where the work culture is not just a profession, but a personal.
The actor told that the film industry runs differently in every state. 12 hours in Bollywood, then Telugu shifts for 8 hours. But where the shift of people in Bollywood starts at 9 am, everyone starts working in Telugu from 7 am. According to him, if someone likes to work not 12 hours, 8 hours, then that too is fine to a extent. In the end, the most important time is time for all.
Talk about Deepika Padukone, then after leaving Sandeep Reddy Wanga’s ‘Spirit’, actress Etley and Allu Arjun’s Magnum Oppus will be working in the film. An announcement video of her has also been inserted, in which Deepika is seen preparing for her character.
