A 26 -year -old man was allegedly murdered and his body was hidden in the ice cream freezer due to the Love Triangle in Tripura. The police gave this information on Wednesday. The girl’s cousin brother has been arrested as the main accused in this case who loved the girl and that is why she conspired to kill her boyfriend.
SP Kiran Kumar of West Tripura said that the deceased youth was in a relationship with a 20 -year -old girl. On the other hand, a cousin of the same woman also loved her and wanted to live with her. Recently there was a fight between the couple and they were not talking. Taking advantage of this, the accused conspired to murder.
The accused youth, who has done MBBS from Bangladesh, called the deceased youth on June 8 in a relative’s house (South Indiranagar, West Tripura). Along with the three other people present there, he strangled the young man to death.
The parents of the accused hidden the corpse in the freezer
After this, the body was filled in a trolley bag. The next day, the accused called his parents and called Agartala and asked him to take the trolley bag with him to Gandachera. The SP said, ‘The parents of the accused came to Agartala by car and took the trolley bag to Gandachera. There he hid the dead body in the ice cream freezer of his shop.
Often the accused used to go to the girl’s house
According to the police, the accused wanted to take advantage of the girl, who recently lost her father. The accused knew that as long as the girl’s lover is alive, she would not be able to succeed in her intentions. So he conspired to kill the lover. The accused often used to visit the girl’s house (Bankumari, East Agartala police station area).
Six people including the parents of the accused arrested
After lodging a missing complaint by the victim’s family, the police started the investigation and the accused cousin was first arrested. The SP said, ‘Based on its confusion, the body was recovered from the ice cream freezer on Wednesday. After the post -mortem, the body was handed over to the family members. The police have arrested a total of six people including the parents of the accused.
