Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday interacted with US President Donald Trump, which lasted for about 35 minutes. During the conversation, PM Modi informed President Trump about Operation Sindoor.
Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri has given this information. He said that during the conversation, PM Modi clarified that there was no discussion related to business in any subject related to Operation Sindoor.
He reiterated that India never accepts the mediation of a third party and will never further.
At the same time, PM Modi also insisted that now India will not see the incidents of terrorism (battle behind the screen), but directly as war action.
Modi-Tram was to be met in G7, but it did not happen
PM Modi and President Trump were scheduled to meet the G7, but Trump had to leave G7 and return to America on 17 May. Due to this, this meeting could not be held. After this, at the behest of Trump, the two leaders spoke on the phone. The conversation lasted about 35 minutes.
After the Pahalgam attack on 22 April, President Trump expressed condolences to PM Modi over the phone and expressed support against terror. After this, the two leaders were the first conversation on 18 June. Therefore, PM Modi spoke in detail on Operation Sindoor by President Trump.
