Sambhal Violence Police Chargesheet: Special Investigation Team (SIT) has filed a charge sheet of about 1200 page in Chandausi’s MP/MLA court in the case of violence in the case of violence on 24 November 2024 in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh. Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Ziaurrahman Burke, Sadar Zafar Ali of Jama Masjid and 21 others have been accused in this charge sheet. Four people were killed and 29 policemen were injured in this violence.
Earlier, the SIT had filed a charge sheet of about 3000 pages. In it, the police had said that in this violence, a gangster Shariq Satha, a gangster sitting in Dubai, has a hand. He had the patronage of Sambhal MP Ziaurrahman Burke. According to the police, Satha provoked the people. He asked people to stop the survey of Jama Masjid. At his behest, a conspiracy was hatched to assassinate the lawyer of the Hindu side Vishnu Shankar Jain. A charge sheet was filed against 79 accused in this case.
A case was filed against all these accused under the relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code. SP KK Bishnoi had revealed that Mo is associated with Shariq Satha Gang. In 2014, Ghulam fired on Suhail Iqbal, son of SP MLA Iqbal Mahmood. Ghulam was given the betel nut for the murder of lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain. The police arrested him. A 9mm pistol, 2 32 bore pistols, 3 foreign pistols, 3 foreign cartridges were recovered from him.
The connection of the Satha Gang was to underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s D Company. The police claimed that Shariq Satha was working under the patronage of SP MP Ziaurrahman Burke for two decades. During the interrogation, Ghulam told that on 23 November, he had a phone conversation with Satha. He was told about the survey in Jama Masjid. The investigation also revealed that a planned conspiracy was hatched behind the violence. Ziaurrahman Burke was accused of giving inflammatory speeches and abetment.
