In Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, a video of a person naked and beating with sticks is becoming increasingly viral on social media. After coming to the notice of this case, the police have started investigation against the accused by registering a case under the related sections of the Indian Justice Code. Efforts to arrest the accused have been intensified. The viral video is said to be four months old.
It can be clearly seen in this video that a person is asked to be naked in a secluded place. Two people hold his hand. Another person kills him with a stick. The victim is abused dirty. Despite his repeated plea, he is brutally beaten. His screams are ignored. Ultimately, the person falls on the ground screaming with pain.
Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) leader Arvind Rajbhar said on Wednesday that this matter is very serious. He discussed the issue with Deputy Superintendent of Police Alok Gupta and Rasra SHO Vipin Singh on Wednesday. DSP Alok Gupta has confirmed that the police have received non-bailable warrants against the accused from a local court in Ballia.
SHO Vipin Singh said on Wednesday that the incident took place on 13 March. A case has been registered against Prince Singh alias Manvendra Singh, Samrat Singh, Dhannu Singh and Raj Nishad under the relevant sections of BNS on the basis of the complaint of Abhishek Rajbhar of Katiu village in Ballia. Abhishek said that in the afternoon, four people were forcibly taken to an unknown place in his car.
He was brutally beaten there. He was also threatened to kill the police on informing them about the incident. He somehow managed to escape from there. After the matter came to light, anger is being seen among the people of a particular class. This case is also seen gradually taking political color. At present, the police is taking quick action in this case.
