Raja raghuwanshi murder case investigation: The layers of King Raghuvanshi murder case are opening one after the other. The investigation of Shillong Police on the role of accused wife Sonam Raghuvanshi has now reached many states. Many new information like call details, suspicious suitcases, and the presence of two unknown youths in the bus have made the case more complicated. In this story, shocking links of love, deception, conspiracy and incidents spread in many states are coming out.
Investigation of suspected suitcase
The Shillong Police took a big step in an investigation involved in Raja Raghuvanshi murder case. The police team reached Sonam’s maternal home. A suspicious suitcase was investigated there. According to police sources, Sonam had first taken this suitcase from her maternal home to her in -laws and then brought the same suitcase back to her maternal home. The police suspected that there may be some important evidence in this. However, it is not clear whether anything was found from that suitcase or not. The police has not given any official statement on this.
Both families questioned
The police also asked many questions to Sonam’s parents and brother. He tried to know how Sonam’s behavior was, when she usually returned home, and what was her role in family business. After this, the police took Sonam’s brother Govind for questioning with him. This information will help the police in understanding his movement and attitude.
Sanjay Verma becomes Raj Kushwaha
Investigation revealed that the person named ‘Sanjay Verma’ was talking to Sonam in March, he was actually Raj Kushwaha. Shillong Police came to know about this from Sonam’s mobile call details. In the month of March, Sonam called ‘Sanjay Verma’ 112 times. That is, there used to be talks 4-5 times every day. According to the police, it was more than a normal friendship.
Questions on travel from Varanasi to Ghazipur
During Sonam’s visit to Ghazipur, some important witnesses appeared. Ujala Yadav, a resident of Ghazipur, said that Sonam was with her in a bus from Varanasi to Ghazipur on the night of 8 June. Ujala told that Sonam was not alone. He was accompanied by two young men, one of whom was wearing a white shirt and both covered their face.
When Ujala was watching the video of Raja Murder Case in the bus, Sonam got nervous. He asked Ujala to shut down the video. Then asked for his phone, typed a number and deleted without calling.
Story of T Stall of Ghazipur
Sahil Yadav, owner of Kashi Tea Stall in Ghazipur, told the police that Sonam was not scared. She got down from a car and came to the shop comfortably. From there she called her brother Govind. This means that Sonam’s plan was already decided and she came with someone by car.
Now these questions are in front of the police:
- Who was helping Sonam?
- Who was with him from Varanasi to Ghazipur?
- Who were the two youths whom Ujala Yadav saw?
- Did the SIM purchased by fake names used?
- It is suspected that the accused bought SIM cards with fake identity so that they are not caught.
Police investigation from Shillong to Indore
On Tuesday, Shillong Police reached Raja’s house in Indore. The police interacted with the king’s mother and two brothers for an hour. He tried to find out what Sonam’s behavior was, what he had told while going on honeymoon. Earlier, the police also investigated the flat, where Sonam stopped after the murder.
Second weapon also recovered
Crime scene was recreated on Tuesday. The police found another weapon from the same place i.e. from the Dong Falls. Earlier, the police had told that two weapons were used in the murder of the king. The first was already recovered.
Murder for friendship
The Shillong Police has said that it was not a betel nut killing. Raj Kushwaha included his friends Akash, Vishal and Anand in the murder in the name of friendship. They were not lured by any large amount. Only ₹ 59,000 were given for travel and food.
Many times the conspiracy to murder was failed
Police investigation has revealed that attempts were made several times to kill the king. For the first time, there was an attempt in Guwahati which failed. Then the plan failed in Nonghariah and Mavalkhiyat. Once an attempt was made to immerse it in water. But finally on 23 May, he was murdered near the Western Falls.
