Half a dozen people were beaten up at Jhansi railway station along with a passenger in the executive coach of Vande Bharat Express going from Delhi to Bhopal. The passenger was bled in this fight. He alleged that this assault took place at the behest of BJP MLA Rajiv Singh Paricha. Because, the victim did not exchange the seat at the behest of the MLA. With this, the MLA called his henchmen and beat him up.
Let us tell you that Rajiv Singh Paricha is a BJP MLA from Babina seat in Jhansi. On the day of the incident, he was also riding in Vande Bharat Express. He was accompanied by his wife and son. According to the victim passenger, the MLA wanted to sit on his seat, and was asking him to go to his seat. When the passenger refused, both of them got into an argument. After which the MLA called his colleagues on the spot and beat the passenger.
In the case, GRP, RPF and railway officials admitted the incident but refused to speak anything in front of the camera. At the same time, Babina MLA Rajiv Singh said that he will present his side in writing. At present, a case has been registered in Jhansi GRP.

Train number- 20172 Vande Bharat Express Babina MLA Rajiv Singh Paricha was traveling from Delhi to Jhansi with his wife and son. The coach had seat number- 8 Rajiv Singh Paricha, wife Kamali Singh’s seat number- 50 and son Shreyansh Singh’s seat number 51. It is alleged that when the train reached Jhansi railway station, half a dozen people entered inside and beat up a passenger named Raj Prakash, who traveled on seat number 49 of the same coach. By the time someone does something, the train left for Bhopal.

Meanwhile, in Madhya Pradesh, former Powai MLA of Panna district Mukesh Nayak and former minister Ramnivas Rawat complained to the supporters of Babina MLA Rajiv Singh Paricha, accused of assault with passenger Raj Prakash. He raised many questions on the security system of the passengers, alleging.
Former MLA Mukesh Nayak wrote on X- In the Vande Bharat train, the elderly passenger refused to exchange 49 seats, while the supporters of Babina’s BJP MLA Rajiv Singh beat him at Jhansi station. Blood came out of his nose. So this is the reality of good governance.
Whereas, former minister Ram Niwas Rawat wrote- Vande Bharat (20172 from Delhi to Bhopal), in Executive Class (E-2), 7/8 people from outside beat up a person from outside in front of the passengers of the entire coach. The injured person started bleeding from the nose, mouth, ear. Some police people were also supporting these people. If this situation is in a train like Vande India, then what will happen to passengers in common trains. Such incidents serve to intimidate the passengers.

When ‘Aaj Tak’ spoke to Babina MLA Rajiv Singh Paricha of Jhansi in this matter, he told that I have made a written complaint in Jhansi GRP. According to the complaint, he was traveling with his wife and child in the train coach at seat numbers 50, 51 and 8. Two passengers sitting on seat numbers 49 and 52 of this coach were sitting with excessive legs in objectionable position, due to which there was trouble.
When the MLA asked him to sit down politely, the passengers got angry and started using indecent language while arguing. The MLAs were trying to avoid the case. On reaching Jhansi station, the MLA’s companions came. The above passengers clashed with them. Somehow rescued between. At present, a case has been registered under sections 115 (2) and 352 on the basis of the complaint of MLA Rajiv Singh.
