UPSC PratiBha Setu: Every year, millions of candidates take the CSE exam with the hope of becoming IAS or IPS, but only a few out of millions reach the final round and select candidates are successful. In such a situation, if the candidates who reach the last stop of this exam do not come in the merit list, then they either give attachment again or find a job somewhere. For these candidates, the road from UPSC has made it easier.
The UPSC plan is that the candidates who reached the interview round but could not clear that they may not get the job by clicking UPSC exam but the commission has arranged their jobs. Actually, UPSC has launched the scheme named Pritabha Setu. Through this, private and government institutions will be able to connect directly with those candidates and will be able to use their talent i.e. they will be given job opportunities.
However, this plan of UPSC is not new, earlier UPSC used to deliver details of good candidates in companies or where jobs can be installed as a public disclosure scheme. Now all the details of the candidates will be found on the Pratibha Setu website. Pratibha Setu Portal can take details of Ministry, Autonomous Department, Public Sector Undertaking and Private Companies Candidates. For this, the company will have to get a corporate identification number (CIN) by first resistance. Let’s know what is the entire process to apply in Pratibha Setu.
Pratibha Setu has to do the information of the candidates and to contact them?
Step 1: To go to the talent bridge, first search on Google upsconline.gov.in Pratibha Setu.
Step 2: After this, the Pratibha Setu portal will open in front of you.
Step 3: In this, you can read all the details.
Step 4: Then click on login.
Step 5: Now you will see the option of resustration.
Step 6: In this, the company will have to select a private organization option.
Step 7: After this, the first CIN number will have to be generated which will be through the MCA portal.
Step 8: For this, the company must have its ID registration on the MCA portal.
Step 9: Through the MCA portal, companies can achieve their CIA Nabar.
Step 10: After generating the CIN number, UPSC Pratibha Setu will have to come to the website and enter the CIN number.
Step 11: After this, you have to fill the capcha and submit it.
Step 12: After submitting, the companies will also get information about the candidates on the portal.
Under this scheme, the biodata of candidates, including their educational qualification and contact details. UPSC said that data banks of more than 10,000 such candidates will be made available on Pratibha Setu, as well as said that lakhs of students apply for various government job recruitment exams conducted by it.

This scheme was implemented from August 20 in the year 2018. For the first time under this scheme, details of successful candidates were shared in Combined Medical Services Exam 2017. Now it is changed to “UPSC Pratibha Setu”. The UPSC said that non-discriminated candidates have been included in the scheme for the Civil Services Examination and the Indian Forest Service, Central Armed Police Force, Engineering Service, Joint Geologists, Joint Defense Service, Indian Economic Services/Indian Statistics Service Examination and Joint Medical Service.
