Jio’s entry and low -cost data plan in the telecom sector also affected Bharti Airtel’s business. During this period, Airtel’s share prices fluctuated. But the company invested heavily in 4G infrastructure under the strategy, which also increased its debt. Despite these challenges, Airtel maintained his customer base and its impact on its stock started showing. In the year 2018, the price of Airtel’s stock was around ₹ 400–500.

In the last three years, Airtel’s shares have seen a strong rise. Because the 5G rollout and boom in data demand further strengthened the company’s position. In 2023, the share price rose to Rs 800 to Rs 800 and in 2024, the company focused on its digital and cloud services, which led to the increase in the share price to crossing Rs 1200.

In the last one year, this loud cap company has given about 40 percent returns. Whereas in the last 5 years, a strong 244 percent return has been received, that is, if someone would have invested Rs 1 lakh in Airtel’s stock 5 years ago, then his investment would have increased to about Rs 3.44 lakh. The stock has made 22 percent returns in the last 6 months.
