Pakistan is buying china j-35 5th generation stealth fighter jet why India should worre

J-35 stealth fighter jet: China removed the curtain in the 5th generation stealth fighter J-35 from J-35 in November 2024. The fighter jet, used for multipurpose missions, has a twin-engine, single seater supersonic jet and advanced avionics. It has an active electronically scanned array radar, electro-optical targeting system and infrared search and track system.

The Chinese government’s mouthpiece Global Times compared the Chinese J-35 fighter jet to the US F-35 fighter aircraft, which is the most expensive fighter jet in the world. It works in a secret way to achieve and maintain air superiority by ending the attacks in the sky.

How long will Pakistan get Chinese J-35?
Pakistan currently has 20 Chinese J-10C and JF-17 fighter jets. He is allegedly going to buy 40 J-35, whose first unit is expected to be delivered by the end of this year. If this happens, Pakistan will join the special club that operates stealth fighter jets.

Why should India worry?
India does not have any stealth fighter jet right now. In such a situation, purchasing the 5th generation of Pakistan’s fighter ship can change the balance of air power, until New Delhi moves beyond Islamabad in this matter.

The J-35 is considered a ‘black box’ due to lack of data capabilities, but it is being called a better fighter jet, similar to the F-35 of America. However, J-35 has not yet participated in any war. The first glimpse of J-35 as FC-31 came out in August 2024. It has two variants and the other is used for traditional ground operations and exports.

What is the specialty of J-35?
According to a report by China Daily, this jet can share the target position with other weapons systems such as surface -to -air missiles and guide other weapons to bring the target down using its radar. Its biggest feature is to attack quietly.

The J-35 allegedly has a 0.001 square meter radar cross-section, which is equivalent to the American F-35. This means that it will take more time for India to find this jet when it comes to its border.
