Mohammad Siraj sent back to Ben Stokes
New Delhi. The new Test captain of the Indian cricket team played a strong century in the Leeds Test while England captain went out for just 20 runs. Mohammad Siraj handed him a ticket to return cheaply on the third day of the first Test of the 5 -match series. India scored a huge score of 471 runs in the first innings on the basis of the century of Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant. In response, the English team appeared in trouble after a good start.
On the third day, England Test captain Ben Stokes, who came out with the intention of taking the team to a big score in the first innings against India, got disappointed. Batting for 20 runs off 51 balls when Mohammad Siraj dismissed him. Siraj’s ball went into the hands of wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant, touching the edge of Stokes’s bat, who made no mistake.
