Dr. Rohini Ghavri is the daughter of a sweeper working in the Insurance Hospital in Indore. She went to Switzerland for Higher Education in 2019. He and Chandrashekhar came in contact with each other during their studies and remained in a relationship for three years. Rohini later accused Chandrashekhar of sexual harassment.

‘I am presenting this complaint to you a social worker and a woman of the Scheduled Castes (Clean worker), with the hope of extreme pain and justice.
In 2020, the scholarship of the Madhya Pradesh government took admission for PhD in Geneva city of Switzerland. Meanwhile, I got acquainted with Chandrashekhar Azad, MP Nagina (Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh).
From June 2021, a continuous dialogue began between the two. Chandrasekhar assured me that he is unmarried and looking for a spouse like me. He made a relationship with me emotionally by pretending to marry. On his assurance, I not only adopted him personally, but also actively supported him in his political campaigns.
Chandasekhar came to India, especially in Delhi, several times in the hotel and my residence in Dwarka, making physical relations saying that they would marry me soon.
In the Uttar Pradesh election of 2022, some people of his party told me about their marriage, when I asked them, they flatly refused, and said that I was not married. I will marry you only when I talked about ending this relationship, they threatened to commit suicide and tortured me mentally by saying “Quit the Bahujan movement”.
He always kept me in deception, and describing me as unmarried from me from the beginning and made a physical relationship against my wishes several times by pretending to marry me.
He misused my love, faith, loyalty and dedication. While living abroad, I supported his social campaigns. But he not only broke my emotional belief, but also made me socially maligned. Today the situation is that people are addressing me with derogatory words like “mistress”, causing me to go into deep depression and tried to commit suicide twice.
I have completely broken mentally, socially and emotionally. Therefore, you are requested to take strict action against Chandrashekhar Azad keeping in mind the facts, so that I can get justice and no other sister-daughter can fall prey to such fraud and harassment.
Chandrashekhar had said- now I will speak in court Dr. Rohini posted Chandrashekhar on social media on 9 June. Chandrasekhar broke his silence on 14 June or 5 days after the allegation.
Said in Jhansi- My mother has taught me not to insult any woman. I have heard that he (Rohini) is going to court, so I will also tell my reply and Sach court. During this, Chandrashekhar did not name Rohini.
On June 14, while addressing the Chandrashekhar enlightened class conference, he said, now I will speak in court.
Uproar in Chandrashekhar’s program in Basti a day earlier On Sunday, women created a ruckus in the program of Chandrashekhar Azad, MP from Nagina in Basti. People led by Priyanshi Singh, a member of the Hinduist organization, demonstrated. Said- We need justice for Rohini.
Aparna Yadav had said- action should be taken Recently, UP Women’s Commission Deputy Chairman Aparna Yadav had said that no one is allowed to misbehave with women on the allegations of sexual harassment on Chandrashekhar. If Rohini’s allegations are confirmed in the investigation, then (Chandrashekhar) should be taken action.
