The four parts of the panchayat web series have been shot in Mahodia village in Sehore district, 50 km from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The makers of the web series have signed an agreement of 10 parts for shooting from Mahodiya Gram Panchayat. That is, more parts can be shot here in the next few years. The background of the panchayat web series is from Uttar Pradesh, so there is a yellow panchayat building. Every time the color of the panchayat building is made pink after the shooting is over.
According to the villagers, an agreement is made from the Gram Panchayat before the shooting starts every time. In the third season, the Panchayat Bhawan was paid at Rs 500 per day at a fee. When shooting is done in the panchayat building, the office shifts to the government school.

Pradhan ji’s house became two storey In the new season, Phulera’s head Manjudevi’s house will now be seen in a new form. Actually, the house of Mahodia’s former sarpanch Princess Sisodia is the house of the head of the web series. Manjudevi lives with her husband and daughter in this house. An entire part of the house is used for shooting.
This house was one storey when the web series started. Now it will look two -storey in this season. When we arrived here, the house came into a separate recognition due to the main gate. When you go inside, the whole setup is still the same as it looks in the web series. Cot, sewing machine, two chairs are seen outside the house.
Lal Singh, the husband of the former sarpanch and the owner of the house, says that due to the panchayat web series, people come from far and wide to see his village. They visit all places including Panchayat Bhawan, water tank which are shown in the web series. Our houses also come, so the setup outside is allowed to remain the same as it looks in the series.

Village people gave houses for rent Vijendra Singh of the village says that the houses of the characters of the series belong to the people of the village itself. They have been taken from rent. Panchayat co -secretary Vikas and his wife in which the house lives, is also taken from rent in the village. The house of Prahlada Cha, Deputy Sarpanch of the village belongs to Surendra Sisodia of the village.
One part of his house is new and the other part is raw and raw. The house where the shooting is done is done for one and a half to two months. When shooting is done, people living in that house have to shift to another place.

Tourist destination became Mahodiya village
After the shooting of the panchayat series, the village panchayat Phulera i.e. Mahodia village has become a tourist destination. Not only Madhya Pradesh, people from all over the country including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra come to see the building and tank of the panchayat. 40 to 50 family reaches weekends.
