A very painful accident occurred on Tuesday in Firozabad district of Uttar Pradesh, where three youths lost their lives in the process of removing mobile phones. It is feared that all three died of suffocating due to poisonous gas present in the well.
The incident took place around 1 pm. Dhruv (25) was sitting near the well with his cousin Ajay (28) and friend Chandraveer. Then Dhruv’s mobile phone fell into the well. He jumped into the well to remove the mobile. Ajay also jumped to save him when he did not come out for half an hour. When both did not return, Chandraveer also landed in the well.

The local people informed the police when the three did not return. The administration and fire department team reached the spot and started the rescue operation. With the help of oxygen cylinder, the team took out the three after four hours of effort, but by then it was too late. The three were rushed to the district hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Additional District Magistrate Vishu Raja told that it is the property of the ancestors of the well family. There is a possibility that methane gas was formed in the well due to not being used for a long time, causing him to die of suffocation. The bodies have been sent for post -mortem and the investigation of the entire case is going on.
This accident once again gives a message that vigilance and understanding are very important before taking such risky steps. The officials have also appealed to the public to immediately inform the rescue team to avoid such accidents and do not take any risk from themselves.
