Sania Jehar (23), who returned to her home in Faridabad, Haryana in the midst of the ongoing war between Iran and Israel, is very happy. She went to Iran last year to do MBBS from Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services and is a second year student.
Sania said that she reached Delhi on 21 June under ‘Operation Indus’ run by the Government of India to evacuate the Indian students trapped in the war. To know the situation in Iran Dainik Bhaskar Jeevan Nagar, located in Sector 23, reached Sania’s house in Part 2. Sania saw 9 days of eyes of Iran.

9 days what happened in Iran, how did Sania return to India, know …
The night of June 13 was the most scary Sania says, ‘My father Manjar Abbas runs a dye casting company. Mother is a housewife. Both brothers Hasan and Ali are doing BTech from Jamia Millia Islamia of Delhi. Hasan’s last year is going on. I went to Tehran, the capital of Iran last year to study MBBS.
My second year is going on. After the war started on 13 June, our university stopped going. I have a hostel just a short distance from the university. I was at the room when the attack took place. That night was the most horror night of my life.

For the first time, a loud bang came around 3.30 pm. Because of this, the entire building of the hostel was shaken.
Sania says that all the girls living in the hostel were scared after the attack.
Telling the family- the last call is Sania told that the hostel girls told me that the bomb had fallen on our building. At that time there were about 100 children in the hostel. We went towards the running window. Flames were visible outside. Somewhere the vehicles were burning and somewhere there was a fire in the buildings. People were running here and there on the streets. I felt that nothing is left now. First of all I thought of my house.
I immediately picked up my phone and called the family. When the ring was going, I felt that this is my last call from the family. I told the family about the attack. Those people were also completely scared.
Internet closed, family could not be contacted Sania further told that every day after that night, just kept praying that somehow I should return to India. The internet also stopped there due to increasing stress. After this, I could not be contacted by the family either. All the girls living in the hostel used to cry day and night. The first 2 nights, all of us woke up and cut it.
On June 15, I moved to Kom city of Iran with my friend. Arriving here, it was found that our hostels have been attacked again. We stayed in a friend’s house in Kom. Then the Indian Embassy released the helpline number on the website.
Sania said-
I called for help by calling the number with my classmate. On the same day, the embassy officials reached the com, where other Indian students were kept.
Stayed in the hotel till 17 June, reached the airport on 19th He said that WhatsApp group was formed by the embassy. All the updates were coming there. They kept us in a hotel till 17 June. On June 19, everyone was brought to Mashhad Airport. He stayed at the airport till 20. On 21, he reached India by special flight. I cried on seeing the family at the airport. Now I am happy that I have returned to my home.
This picture is on 21 June. Parents arrived at Delhi Airport to take Sania.
Medical colleges fees more in India Sania says that Tehran University has asked to call us again after the war stops, but we appeal to the Government of India to reduce the cut off of NEET, so that more students can get an opportunity for medical studies. The fees of medical colleges are very high for common families, due to which many students are forced to turn to foreign universities.
