- Working at home for two and a half years: The victim’s name is Shyama Devi. She has said that she is originally from Mohana village under Dakor police station in Jalaun district of Uttar Pradesh and cleanses with cooking in Tarun Jain’s house in Sector-17 of Faridabad for about two and a half years.
- Two brothers live on two different floors: Shyama said that Tarun Jain and his brother Saurabh Jain live in the same kothi, but both have different floors. Tarun Jain’s family lives on the ground floor. Shyama works here. At the same time, Saurabh Jain’s family lives on the first floor.
- Returning from the market, he publicly abused: The victim told- On June 16, I went to the market for some work. While I was coming back, Deepali Jain, wife of Saurabh Jain, started shouting from the window of Kothi’s first floor. She was abusing me and was publicly insulting me by uttering caste words.
- I said to me- you guys like my shoe: Shyama said- I asked him, why are you abusing me? So he said that you are like a shoe of my foot. If you take people like you to work in the cells, then you start considering yourself as the owner.
- I said- if it is work, then say, don’t abuse: In the complaint, the victim told that Tarun Jain was there at that time, so she explained to Shyama that there is no problem, an elderly woman. He assured that he will tell the brother. Then she will not do this again. Shyama said- I told Deepali Jain at the same time that if you have any work from me, say but do not abuse. After this, I went inside and started working.

Deepali started slapping my cheek as soon as he came.
- After the argument, the husband explained it: The victim said- Deepali Jain was giving me caste abuses and was slapping me. His son was also not stopping him. When I shouted, my mistress Neha Jain came out. They saved me. When he started getting upset with him, Saurabh Jain descended from the stairs. Deepali also hit a slap in front of them. After that Saurabh took him with him.
- Threatened to kill: Shyama said that while going, Deepali went to threatened to kill her. She was saying that she has survived today, when I get a chance, I will tell you. Shyama requested the police to take action. Shyama says that on June 17, he gave a complaint, but the police have not taken any action so far.
Case registered under SC/ST Act At the same time, in this case, Sector-17 police station in-charge Kuldeep Kumar says that on the complaint of Shyama Devi, a case has been registered against Deepali Jain in other sections including SC/ST Act, assault, abusing, threatening. The police have captured the CCTV footage as evidence and the investigation of the case is under investigation.
