I used to practice a lot earlier. Used to bat for 3-4 hours in the nets. I did not feel tired. I used to spend half a day on the field, but slowly my attention started to wander.

Prithvi Shaw also told that he had fallen into a bad company, due to which his attention was diverted from this game. Prithvi Shaw said, ‘Whatever was not necessary, he also started considering it as necessary. I befriended the wrong friends because I was at the top at that time. Then friendship became formed and they started moving me here and there. After that I wandered from the track. I used to practice 8 hours on the ground, now I practice only for 4 hours.
25 -year -old Prithvi Shaw is now preparing to play domestic cricket for another State Association except Mumbai. Prithvi has written a letter to the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) for this requesting the NOC (NOC). Prithvi Shaw wrote in the letter that he has received a proposal to play from another State Association. Prithvi feels that this will give a new dimension to his cricket career.
Prithvi Shaw was dropped from Mumbai’s Ranji Trophy team due to poor fitness last year. Then Prithvi Syed returned to the Mumbai team for the Mushtaq Ali Trophy, but Vijay Hazare did not make a place in his squad for the Trophy. Prithvi Shaw has scored 339 runs in 5 Tests for India.
