World Anti-Drug Day Kerala Government Drug Policy Protest Posters Controversy Ann

World anti-drug day: On the occasion of Anti Drug Day, such posters have emerged in Kerala’s capital Thiruvananthapuram, who directly question the policies and functioning against the government’s drugs. Anonymous posters were installed in many areas of the city, in which a big question emerged “So now everything is fine?” Apart from this, many critical messages have also been written in the posters, “The house has been repaired, but drunk the state” … “destroyed the kingdom” … “took your house to decorate”

The special thing about these posters was that these came to light on the same day when the government organized many programs on anti -drug addiction. This contradiction is creating an uncomfortable situation for the government. Some posters also have a picture of the Chief Minister of Kerala, which clearly indicates that the protest is directly against the government and the top leadership.

Who are behind the posters?
At the moment it is not clear who are behind these posters. No official statement in this case has been received by the administration so far. The government is trying to carry forward its fight against the misuse of drugs. For this, the government is running a statewide campaign on a large scale with the aim of creating a drug -free society. Announcing a series of programs to eliminate the threat of drugs in various sections of the society, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said at a press conference in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday (June 25) that the fifth stage of the campaign against drugs will be launched on 26 June as per International Day against the misuse of drugs. This campaign will run till January 30, 2026. However, now some unknown people are working against the government.
