The 30 -year -old Archer was selected in the Sussex team for a county match for a fitness test on June 22, 4 days ago. Archer bowled 18 overs in this match. He also took one wicket for 32 runs.
The second match of the Indo-England Test series will be played in Birmingham from July 2. In this 5-match series, hosts England are ahead 1-0. The English team won the first Test match by 5 wickets.
