Jammu Range Inspector General of Police (IGP) Bhim Sen Tuti informed, “There was an encounter with terrorists around 8:30 am today. During the encounter, four terrorists were reported to be hiding there and we were monitoring this group for the last one year.” He also informed that despite the fog, the search operation is going on and the right situation will be clear only after the weather is clear.
Officials said that all including the slain terrorists are associated with the Jaish-e-Mohammed organization in Pakistan and they were surrounded by the Para Commando team of the Army in Karur Nala area.
