Maulana Qari Ishaq Gora on Islam: Maulana Qari Isaac Gora, the country’s well-known Islamic scholar and patron of Jamiat Davatul Muslimeen, has advised Muslims to avoid strictly from making fun of humble and Islamic identity on social media. He warned that even if an Islamic Talimat, Quran, Hadith, Namaz, Hijab or Beard insults things in joking, then he can be out of Islam.

Maulana Gora released a video statement saying that on social media today, Islam and its holy things have been made a means of laughter through memes and reels. He said, comedy videos are being made on serious issues like Namaz, Ajan, Roja, Hijab, Ulama and even nikah and divorce, which is a sheer crime.

Maulana Gora expressed regret over Muslim young women

Maulana Gora regretted that many Muslim youths promote such videos by shares or commenting such videos without thinking. Maulana clarified that according to the Shariah, seeing such funny things is also a very crime to laugh or show others and it can sometimes remove human beings from faith.

Maulana Gora’s appeal to Muslim society

Maulana Gora said that if someone has done something like this in Nadani, then immediately we should stop. Apologize to Allah and re -confirm his faith. Islam is not a matter of joke, but it is a big security. He appealed to the Muslim society that no matter how viral the video is. If there is fun of the poor in it, then avoid it and also explain to your family and friends that do not see or share such things.

Concern about social media

Even before this, many Islamic scholars have expressed concern over such trends on social media. Several major institutions including Darul Uloom Deoband have also released fatwa in this regard. Now Maulana Gora’s statement is being seen as a warning on this issue. He finally said that faith is a valuable thing, it cannot be made fun of. We all need to avoid ourselves and save others as well.
