Kolkata law Student Gang Rape Case: In West Bengal, a horrific incident of gang rape with law students has come to light. The police have arrested three people including two sitting students of the college and an alumnus involved in this cruelty. This incident is being reported on June 25 between 7.30 pm and 10.50 pm.
According to the FIR lodged on the complaint of the victim, the main accused in the case is Monojo Mishra. He is an alumnus of the college and has been the president of the Trinamool Congress Students’ Council (TMCP) unit. Apart from this, two more accused Jab Ahmed and Pramit Mukherjee are also named in the FIR.
The main accused made marriage pressure
The woman said in her complaint that the main accused Monojit Mishra put pressure on her. When the victim told that she had a boyfriend, the accused also threatened her to harm her and implicate her parents in false cases. The accused locked the victim’s boyfriend inside the college and assaulted her.
The victim’s heartbreaking tragedy
The complaint lodged by the victim told, “The accused tried to force me with the intention of having sex. I denied and pushed her back. I cried and told her that let me go. I told her that I have a boyfriend and I love her very much, but she did not listen to me.”
The victim said, “I grabbed her legs to let me go, but they did not agree. I started getting nervous and having difficulty in breathing. I asked her to take them to the hospital, but they did not listen to me. They forcibly carried me to the guard room and gangraped me.”
The accused threatened the victim for taking legal action
In the complaint lodged, the victim said, “The accused also recorded a video of the entire incident. She threatened me that if I do something and do something, she would show this video to everyone. When I was trying to get out of the room, she tried to kill me with a hockey stick. I want justice.”
