The Parliamentary Committee of Public Governance and Law-Justis has visited Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. The committee member has left for Vaishno Devi. After this, he can also visit Pahalgam.
Committee chairman BJP MP and former Director General of Police Brijlal said that so far 6-7 MPs have reached Jammu and the rest will be added to Srinagar. This committee will review the government work, law and Justice and the problem being faced by people in Jammu and Kashmir.
He told that the committee will stay in Jammu for two days, then will go to Srinagar. During this time he will also try to go to Pahalgam. Earlier, Brijlal was also part of the delegation that went to Japan-Singapore to put India’s side on Pahalgam attack and Operation Sindoor.
The Central Government will also hold a high level meeting in Pahalgam on 7-8 July, it will include the Tourism Secretary of all the states. This meeting will be organized by the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Culture.
On 22 April, terrorists fired on tourists in Baysaran Valley of Pahalgam. 26 people, including a local, died in the attack.
Brijlal said- will review the facilities in Vaishno Devi
During the tour, the committee will meet Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary Atul Dullu and other senior officials. Apart from this, the committee will also meet Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board CEO Anshul Garg and officials.
Brijlal said that he is going to the mother Vaishno Devi temple, where the facilities and problems faced by the devotees will be discussed by meeting CEO. The committee will then hold a meeting with PNB, power grid and other two public undertakings. Srinagar will also have talks with government and public undertakings.

The committee led by Brijlal will stay in Jammu for two days, then will go to Srinagar. Jammu and Kashmir will have a six-day visit to the Parliamentary Committee on coal, mine and steel from July 5 to 10, which will be chaired by former Union Minister and BJP MP Anurag Thakur.
April 22: Attack in Pahalgam, 26 people killed
