Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria and CM Bhagwant Mann also met a few days ago. Where the cabinet agreed to expand.
The proposed cabinet expansion of the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab has been postponed. The reason for this is the absence of Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, who is currently on a Udaipur tour and will remain out of Chandigarh till July 2.

It is worth noting that before the elections, Arvind Kejriwal and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had spoken of expansion in 2-4 days after the victory. But now due to the absence of the Governor, the process of administering the oath to new ministers will not be possible.
A senior AAP official said that due to this, discussions on cabinet expansion have also been postponed. The expansion will probably be now only after July 2, because the constitutional responsibility to administer the oath is with the Governor.
This time, Minister Sanjeev Arora is also to be included in Vistan.
MLA Arora has to include in the cabinet
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced after meeting the Governor two days ago that the cabinet would be expanded in the next two-three days. He also confirmed the inclusion of Sanjeev Arora recently elected MLA from Ludhiana West in the cabinet. However, he did not reveal the names of other possible new faces.
After which Sanjeev Arora is now taking oath as MLA this morning. He will be sworn in by Punjab Assembly Speaker Kulatar Singh Sandhwan. Senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party will also be present in this ceremony.
Two verses Now Too Empty, Reshuffle of Speculation

In such a situation, apart from new faces, speculation of some ministers’ departments and possible reshuffle has also intensified.
