Israeli defense minister israel katz on Palestinians: Israeli Defense Minister Israel Catz said on Saturday (June 28, 2025) that he strongly condemns the serious violence on the west coast and the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) soldiers. He said that dozens of people had attacked soldiers near Kafar Malik village, the attack took place a few days after the attack against Palestinians in that area.
According to a Times of Israeli report, Catz said in a statement, “I call on law enforcement officers to take action to find out all those involved in violence and bring them into the dock of justice, as is done everywhere.”
‘IDF soldiers will not be harmed’
Israeli Defense Minister Katz said that he also appeals to the leaders of Rabbis and Basti to strongly condemn these acts of violence and refute them. He further said that the Israeli state will not tolerate violence and laws in his hands and will not allow anyone to harm the soldiers of the Israeli Defense Force, who fight bravely against the Palestinian terrorism in Judea and Samaria and strongly protect the settlers there.
Violence done by Israeli Settlers is not terrorism
Israel Catz had earlier said that the violence against the Palestinians by the Israeli settlers is not terrorism. Israeli Defense Minister Katz also abolished the administrative detention policy against extremist migrants, but has retained it for Palestinians.
