Medical report has come to light in the case of gang rape of a 24 -year -old student at a prestigious Law College in Kolkata. There have been many surprising revelations in this. According to the exclusive medical report with Aaj Tak, the victim has scratch marks on the neck. There have been injuries in the inner parts of the chest and thighs. It is reported in the report that the victim has been sexually and oral harassment. The doctors have clearly said that rape cannot be denied.
During the investigation of this case, the forensic team has taken three swab samples, from which DNA and other biological evidence will be collected. It was also reported in the report that the victim’s blood pressure reading was 120/82 and the pulse rate 72. Pregnancy investigation has come negative and its LMP has been recorded on 18 June. According to the victim, on the evening of June 25, she was called to the guard room in the ‘D’ block of the college campus. Three people were already present there, who took him hostage.
The game of cruelty continued for three hours
It is alleged that after this, the victim was raped by alumni Manjit Mishra, while two other boys Promit Mukherjee and Zaid Ahmed kept watching the entire incident. All this lasted for about 3 hours, where the victim was not only a victim of physical but also mental torture. He was forced to remain silent by threatening. It was said to kill her lover and implicate her parents in a false case. The victim somehow handled herself and reached the police station the next day.
Surprising revelations in police investigation
What came out in the initial investigation of Kolkata Police is surprising. According to the police, the main accused proposed marriage to the victim. But the girl was already in a relationship and she flatly refused. This boy did not tolerate this just refusal. After this, he along with friends made him a victim of his lust. In view of the seriousness of the matter, Kolkata Police has formed a special investigation team (SIT) of 5 officers.
Five -member SIT is investigating
The SIT has been entrusted with the responsibility of exposing every layer of this case. So far four people have been arrested in this case. Among those arrested are three accused students and a security guard of the college, who was present in the campus that night. Police is now searching call detail records, WhatsApp chat, e-mail and CCTV footage. Politics has also started in the state regarding this matter. Many organizations of opposition parties are protesting.
