The month of June is about to end and July is going to start a day later. Like every month, many major changes will be applicable in the country from the first date itself. They can affect every house and every pocket. These changes include the price of LPG Cylinder Price used in the kitchen of the house to increase the charge on credit card use. Not only this, Indian Railways is also going to change its rules from July 1.
First change- LPG cylinder price
On the first date of every month, the people of the country are eyeing the changes to the Oil Marketing companies in the prices of LPG cylinder ((LPG CILDER price)), which is directly connected to the budget of the house kitchen. Earlier in the month of June, oil companies had reduced the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinders and cut down by up to Rs 24 per cylinder. However, the prices of 14 kg domestic gas cylinders are long unchanged. In such a situation, it is expected that their price can be seen. Along with the LPG price, companies can also amend the prices of air fuel (ATF), which will affect the passengers traveling by air.
Second change- HDFC Credit Card expensive
With the beginning of July, the second major change is associated with the credit card. Yes, if you use HDFC Bank Credit Card, then it is going to be expensive for you from 1 July 2025. Actually, for the bank’s credit users, you may have to pay extra fees on payment of utility bill. Apart from this, digital wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge or Ola Money) using HDFC Credit Card will charge 1 percent for adding more than Rs 10,000 a month.
Third change- ICICI ATM charge
The third financial change, which comes into effect from 1 July 2025, is connected to ICICI Bank and a fee of Rs 23 will be applicable on any withdrawal after the 5 free transaction limit from ICICI Bank ATM. This limit has been fixed at three in non-metro cities. Apart from this, talk about the new charge on IMPS transfer, then it will be Rs 2.50 per transaction on money transfer of up to Rs 1000, more than Rs 5 on transfer of up to Rs 1 lakh and Rs 5 in transactions up to Rs 1 lakh and up to Rs 5 lakh.
Fourth change- immediate railway tickets and fare
The fourth change is related to passengers traveling from Indian Railways. Indian Railway is going to change the rules, not one from the first date of July. The first train is an increase in tickets, under this, the fares of non-AC mail and express trains will be 1 paise per kilometer, while AC class will be increased by 2 paise per kilometer.
There will be no change in second class train ticket prices and MST for traveling up to 500 kilometers, but if you have to cover a distance of more than 500 kilometers, then the passenger will have to pay half the money per kilometer. The second change of Railways is related to Tatkal Ticket Booking Rule Change and under this change, only Aadhaar-verified users will be able to book Tatkal tickets on IRCTC website or app from 1 July 2025.
Fifth change- no fuel to these vehicles in Delhi
The fifth essential change is for those keeping vehicles in the capital Delhi. Actually, from July 1, it was announced to not give petrol and diesel to the old vehicles on Petrol Pumps. According to the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), from the first date of July, the End-off-Life (EOL) old vehicle will not get permission to take fuel on the pump. EOL includes diesel vehicles that are 10 years old and petrol vehicles which are 15 years old.
