Chardham Yatra in Uttarakhand has been stopped for the next 24 hours due to heavy rains and bad weather. The Jamua Ghat bridge broke due to heavy rains in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha.

Devotees stayed in heavy rains during the Jagannath Rath Yatra. The National Ocean Information Services Center (INCOIS) has today feared waves of 2 to 3 meters high in coastal areas of Kerala.
