Noida police station Sector-63 police team has got a big success. The team has busted the gang selling in the markets of Delhi NCR by making fake cheese. At the same time, the police have also arrested 4 members of this gang and have also recovered 14 quintals of fake cheese from the possession. According to the police, fake cheese was prepared in a factory located in Sahajpura village of Aligarh and supplied in Delhi-NCR including Noida.

In fact, the police got information that a large amount of fake cheese is being brought in a Mahindra pickup vehicle. When the police stopped the vehicle and checked, 14 quintals of fake cheese was found in it. When the police questioned a person named Gulfam driving the vehicle, it was revealed that Paneer has been brought from a factory in Aligarh.

On the behest of Gulfam, the police team raided the factory located in Sahajpura village of Aligarh. A large quantity of fake cheese making raw materials and equipment were recovered from there. At present, the police sewed the factory. Police gets 2 Bora Dholpur fresh skimmed milk powder (25-25 kg), 5 sacks red bull premium quality agri product sortex clean (25-25 kg), 2 tin neutralized refined palm oil (15-15 kg), blue box containing 4 kg, 4 kg of chemical, poster color (white color), poster color (white color). Grinder, 11 blue drums were recovered.

In the police interrogation, the accused said that Red Bull Sortex powder was mixed with water and chemical. Then the poster was torn by mixing the color with color and blue drums, so that it would look like a paneer. After this, it was tied in a cloth and cooled and its water was extracted. In this way, the prepared cheese was also added to refined palm oil to make “creamy”.

DCP Central Noida Shakti Awasthi said that he was doing these work for the last 6 months. They used to sell the prepared cheese to the shopkeepers of NCR for Rs 180 to 220 per kg. The Food Safety Department has taken a sample of cheese seized from the factory and sent it to the lab for investigation and further action is being taken.
