While making the reel in Gopalganj, Bihar, a young man was swept away in the strong stream of the canal. With the help of local divers and SDRF, the missing youth continues to be locked. The incident is of Gandak Canal near Turkha railway track of Nagar police station area. The missing youth has been told Shahbaz Alam of Chhapia ward number 24 of Nagar police station area.
Shahbaz fell into the canal while making the reel
It is said that on Monday afternoon, two friends were making reel near Turkha railway track. Meanwhile, 18 -year -old Shahbaz Alam’s leg slipped and he was swept away in the sharp stream of Gandak Canal. On seeing this, he got into the depth of the canal. After the incident, a huge crowd of people gathered, the young man was very much searched by the local people and divers, but no clue could be found.
Local people informed the police
After the incident, a large number of people gathered near the canal. After a lot of effort, when some clue of the young man was not found, the local people informed the city police station and CO. As soon as the information was received, the police and CO Rajat Kumar Varnwal of the city police station reached the spot and started searching for the young man with the help of SDRF.
Search for body continues with the help of SDRF
On the instructions of Sadar CO Rajat Kumar Varnwal, who reached the information, the SDRF team has started searching for the youth. CO Rajat Kumar Varnwal said that it was reported that a young man was drowned in the canal while making the reel, the missing youth is being searched with the help of SDRF.
Family members cry and bad
Since this accident, weeds have spread in the entire locality. Family members are in a bad state. Administration and relief teams are gathering on the spot, but so far no clue of the young man has been found.
