Samarite sent a complaint letter to the Prime Minister on 12 April 2025. In which it was said that for the 30 thousand crores given by the Central Government for the Water Life Mission in MP, Minister Sampatiya Uike has taken a commission of one thousand crore rupees. In the complaint, former ENC BK Sonagaria is also alleged to have taken a commission through his accountant Mahendra Khare. This amount is 2000 crores.
Former MLA Kishore Samarite said that he will also file a petition against it in the court.
