TVS Motor Launches New variant of Iqube Electric Scooter, Know Price, Range, Ola Electric, Bajaj Auto

TVS Motor, one of the large automobile companies, has launched a 3.1 kwh variant of the electric scooter Iqube. It has a 3.1 kwh battery. With this, there have been six models in the company’s IQUBE series. In the last few years, the market of electric two-wheelers has increased rapidly. Electric two-wheeler companies are introducing new models as competition increases in this segment.

TVS Motor has told that Iqube The new variant of is better for driving in cities. Its IDC range is more than 120 km. It has also been made available with dual-tone color combination. It has options for Pearl White, Titanium Gray, Starlight Blue with Beige and Copper Bronze with Beige Colors. Dual-tone colors give this electric scooter a different look. The price of the new variant of IQUBE is worth Rs 1.03 lakh (ex-showroom).

The design of the new electric scooter is almost similar to the old variants of Iqube. It has a new function of hill hold. More than six lakh units have been sold since the launch of Iqube of TVS Motor. It has a major stake in increasing volume in the market of electric scooters. In April this year, TVS Motor secured a leading position in sales in the market of electric two-wheelers. In April, the sale of TVS Motor was about 19,736 units. Other big companies in this market include Ola Electric and Bajaj Auto. In the last few quarters, the sales of TVS Motor have increased rapidly in this segment.

The company also plans to increase sales abroad of electric scooters. Indonesia’s Factory of TVS Motor can be used for export in Southeast Asia markets. It sells Iqube electric scooters in foreign markets. In the country it sells Iqube and X electric scooters. The target of TVS Motor is to use its Indonesia factory to increase market share in ASEAN countries. The IQUBE electric scooters are already being sold in these countries. Asian countries include Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.
