During the hearing in the High Court, the case was handed over to the third judge when he granted him three months of temporary bail when a different opinion of two judges came.
What is the whole matter? The Gandhinagar court sentenced Asaram to life imprisonment in January 2013 for continuously raping a female disciple. The victim was a resident of Surat and lived in Motera Ashram in Ahmedabad between 2001 and 2006. At the same time, he alleged that Asaram raped her several times.
