A sensational robbery incident has come to light in Sikar, Rajasthan. Unknown miscreants uprooted an ATM and looted cash worth about 18 lakh rupees kept in it. The incident is from Ajitgarh police station area on Chomu Road at around 2:19 pm on July 4.

According to the report of the news agency, the police said that the incident took place near the shops of Narlya Bhavan near the ATM. Police in -charge (SHO) Mukesh Kumar informed that about six masked crooks came riding in a car and attacked the guard posted in the security of the ATM. The guard was taken hostage and tied his hands and feet and a bandage was tied on the mouth.

Guard beaten and injured on protest

When the guard protested, the miscreants brutally beat him with an iron rod, which seriously injured him. After this, the robbers cut the electricity of the spot, cut the wires of CCTV cameras and broke the cameras. After stopping the entire security system, he uprooted the ATM machine and escaped with the money kept in it.

Not only this, the robbers also took the guard’s mobile phone along on the way, so that he could not immediately inform anyone. However, despite being injured, the guard somehow rescued himself and informed the nearby people, after which the police got information about the incident.

On Friday morning, senior police officers and representatives of the bank reached the spot and inspected the opportunity. The FSL team has also been called to investigate the scene. At present, the police is trying to identify and arrest the accused with the help of CCTV footage and other technical evidence.
