According to IMD, Haryana has received 86.5 mm of rain so far. Usually 68 mm of rainfall occurs over such a period. This means that the state has received 27% more rainfall than normal. This time the monsoon came to Haryana 5 days before normal and has now spread across the state.
On Friday, 12 districts Hisar, Rohtak, Bhiwani, Gurugram, Panipat, Sonipat, Karnal, Fatehabad, Jhajjar, Charkhi Dadri, Jind and Mahendragarh rained in Sonipat, the sports minister had to take shoes due to waterlogging in Sonipat. The process of rain has been going on for the last several days, due to which the temperature has also reached below 40 degrees.

The highest increase in maximum temperature of Haryana was recorded at 3 degrees Celsius in Mahendragarh. After which the maximum temperature of Mahendragarh has reached 35.8 degrees Celsius. At the same time, Kurukshetra recorded 0.9 degree Celsius. After which the temperature of Kurukshetra reached 32.6 degrees Celsius.

- 7 July: There will be a possibility of 75-100% rainfall in Panchkula, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal and Mewat districts. There is a possibility of 25-50% rainfall in Hisar, Sirsa and Fatehabad districts.
