Indian Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla on Saturday studied the reaction in bones in a subtle gravitational position. This led to information about how bones in space deteriorate and how to recover after returning to Earth. This use can help in better treatment of osteoporosis and other bone related diseases.
On the 10th day of the flight, Shukla also participated in an experiment to monitor the danger of radiation at the International Space Station (ISS). This may help to give better protection to the astronaut on long -term space missions.
