This interference of the Election Commission in the ‘Free’ election process is not ‘FAIR’! – This interference of the election commission in the process of free elections is not fair ntc

The five -year journey is going to be completed, Bihar’s car is going to reach. But just before the destination, TT within the Election Commission woke up and to check the list in the threat compartment. The chart of this train is being prepared when the train is going to reach. Every time it happens that whenever the intercity of the election reaches the outer, the Election Commission starts making charts, meaning the voter starts updating the list. Shouldn’t these constitutional duties be doubted?

Only by reading a night before the exam, only the script of the question paper can be understood, it cannot be passed. After ignoring 22 years, now trying to fix the voter lists of Bihar by chanting and walked, it is very irresponsible at this time, because in reality there is no right time for it. The Election Commission feels that due to urbanization and migration, it will easily identify duplicate voters born in Bihar in a very short time. Meaning the work that is unable to do computer software, will do part time officers. It did not become a little too much?

This time the opposition is fulfilling its opposition with full honesty and its concern is absolutely justified. Hey, when for decades we have been holding elections on the same ‘duplicate voters wrong’ lists and no one did it, then why suddenly suddenly this hurry? It seems as if the commission is conspiring to get the correct voting done this time.

The Election Commission is responsible for free and fair election in the country. But any election should be ‘free’ before it becomes a ‘Fair’. Free means free for all citizens, not only for the aristocratic class, whose voter ID and Aadhaar cards are tied in red clothes.

In every election, we see that thousands of voters return to the polling booth with a finger because they are not named in the list. The real ‘free election’ is the same in which every citizen who is more than 18 years of age and who is breathing within the 500 meters of the polling station- has the right to vote. In the democracy in which the leader of the legislative party is selected from the slip, it is injustice to mere someone with voting. If tainted MP-MLA can go to the House, then no finger should return to the polling booth. This will motivate more and more people to participate in this process and they will be able to see how democracy works.

But the opposition is calling it ‘undercover NRC’, which has been brought at a time with the intention of benefiting the NDA to clean the strong strongholds of the opposition, especially the districts adjacent to Bangladesh where unbalanced population is seen and illegal migrants get so cleverly that they find it difficult to identify.

It is not right to put the burden of proving their citizenship on citizens. Their names cannot be mixed with any register because there is no register of citizenship, then when NRC is not there, how will we know who is a citizen and who is not?

The Supreme Court has made a slight gesture to adopt the Aadhaar card. The same base that shouts itself and says that ‘I have no responsibility for this man’s citizenship’. The same base which is baseless itself but has become the basis of our life today because at that time the Liberals had created such an atmosphere that everything has become everything, everywhere became mandatory but in reality it was of no use. Now we should do the same treatment with voter ID card.

No card can be greater than human values, as mentioned in ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’. The whole world is a family and the family who votes together lives together- Family that Votes Togetra Stays Togetra. We have to unite this giant family and boycott such divisive documents that share us.

It is democracy to take everyone along. Modi ji himself says- everyone’s support, development of all. So when we say ‘election is the festival of democracy’, do we celebrate any festival, festival without our neighbors? Will we stop neighbors from coming in the pandal of that festival? Is Bharat Mata’s shade only for those who have only a card?

At present, 77,895 BLOs are going door-door, filling forms, collecting data and increasing the last dates of claims and objections so that no one is left out. If the Election Commission continues to carry everyone together, then the voter list of real and accurate Indians will not be prepared by mistake in Bihar. If this happens, we will be deprived of the happy chaos that we have seen for years, where a large number of duplicate voters decide the fate of Bihar. Think, how big it will be for democracy!

And Bihar is just the beginning. In the coming time, we can see this cleanliness before elections in every state. It is said that Bihar, especially the area of Seemanchal, has been a playground for Bangladeshi migrants for years, where they are dissolved in milk like sugar and no one knows. This is the sweetness of this mail.

Whoever is aware of the situation in Bangladesh, knows that Mohammad Yunus has once again postponed the election there for next year. So where to use our neighbors if we use their sacred voting rights? Everyone has a heart to vote, there are five years.

The opposition is right to say that about two crore people are likely to be denied the franchise. In areas like Kishanganj, Araria, Katihar and Purnia, where the population grows on its own rules, let the voter lists to flourish without investigation- what can be better democracy than this. The area that these districts of Kosi-Mithila region together form together are called ‘Seemanchal’. The name is something like it is made for those who cross the border- the zone of those who cross the border. The film ‘Refugee’ taught us that there is no border of birds, rivers and wind. But we humans call those who cross the border are called ‘illegal migrants’.

If Gita Thangberg had been here, she would say- How Dare You! Beyond the borders, voters do not consider maps made by humans and lines drawn along the river. It is just a coincidence that Seemanchal is with ‘Chicken Nek’. Anyway, ‘chicken neck’ and ‘chicken leg’ is all the same. The question is that why only these four Muslim-bound districts doubt, while illegal migrants have been dispersed all over India. Some people say that the number of Aadhaar cards in these districts is more than the population. If tomorrow the Election Commission comes to know that the voter ID cards are more than the population, then? Where will the Election Commission show face? Eggs will fall, the same eggs that come from chicken.

Every time the Election Commission spends crores to increase the voting percentage. Sometimes pink booths, sometimes yellow booths, tries to paint democracy in different colors. Audio-visual manner is promoted on a large scale, the objective is that somehow people can get drawn to the booth. Now there is a golden opportunity to break all the old records.

Every time the voting percentage in cities is low because people see the election as a holiday. Either the front weekends move back or go back to the mountains by slipping back a little back. The situation is not very good even in villages. The matter can only reach 60% by crying. Think, if this time Bihar gets 120% voting? Countries like North Korea and Russia will also be left behind. But sadly, like the rest of the constitutional institutions of India, the Election Commission is losing this opportunity. The opposition is stopping him for his good but the commission is not ready to listen.

The Election Commission, called the ‘protector of fairness’, has now come ‘Gir’ to its constitutional duties. Embarrassing! It is really shocking to work as a constitutional institution in India and to interfere in the democratic process thus. Now it is just that they will tell us that the election is won by the same, which is clean, impeccable leader and who contested within the fixed expense limit. If the Election Commission did not stop here and similarly these ‘mistakes’ kept making’ mistakes, then a valid and fair election in Bihar will be ‘accident’. There cannot be a bigger scandal in the name of democracy.
