A heartbreaking incident has come to light in Palegaon area of Ambarnath in Maharashtra. Outrage spread among the people around this. Actually, a person brutally assaulted a 12 -year -old child in the lift. The police has arrested the accused in this case.
According to the information, the incident took place on the evening of 4 July, when a 12 -year -old son of a person living in the society was returning from tuition to his 14th floor house. As soon as the lift stopped on the 9th floor and the door opened, the child closed the door in front of him. Angered by this, Kailash Thawani, who lives on the 9th floor, suddenly entered the lift and attacked the child.

Thawani not only beat the child brutally, but also tried to cut his hand with a tooth. The attack did not stop until the child reached the ground floor. There too the accused continued to beat him, but in time, the security guards of the society and some people saved the child.
The entire incident was recorded in the CCTV camera installed in the lift of the housing complex, after which the local people raised questions after the footage went viral. Initially, the police had registered a case under minor sections, but four days later a case was registered in serious sections at Shivaji Nagar police station. Accused Kailash Thawani has been arrested. Deputy Commissioner of Police Sachin Gore said that the accused will be produced in the court.
