Temple Guard Murder Case: Temple security personnel will solve the death of CBI, policemen will come under investigation

The CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) is now investigating the death of 27 -year -old Ajit Kumar, a security guard of a temple in Sivaganga district of Tamil Nadu. The officials gave this information on Saturday (July 12, 2025).

The CBI has filed a complaint against unknown policemen in this incident. After the request of the Taminaladu government to the Center, a decision has been taken to hand over the case to the CBI. According to officials, the entire case has been registered under Section 103 of the Indian Justice Code, 2023, which comes under the negligence of government employees.

This was revealed in the post mortem report

In the same month, a post -mortem of the body was submitted by Madurai Medical College, in which it was revealed that Ajit Kumar had suffered several external and internal injuries, which is likely that he was beaten up a lot in his custody.

In the report, the forensic team also revealed that scratches and crust marks have been found on Ajit’s forehead, face, body parts. Also, blood flowing is also reported in the back of the head, which indicate head injury. Excerpts of bleeding have also been found on Ajit’s chest and stomach. The forensic team has also told that Ajit’s body has been repeatedly attacked by something.

Madras High Court gave these instructions

Let us know that on Tuesday (July 08, 2025), Madurai Peeth of Madras High Court directed the CBI to appoint an investigating officer within a week and submit the final report by 20 August. In the judicial investigation, it has been said that Ajit Kumar has died in police custody, after which the CBI will now include more police employees in the list of accused. Last month, 5 police personnel were taken into custody.
