In the Lord’s Test match against England, Indian team opener KL Rahul has performed brilliantly with the bat. Rahul scored a century in the first innings of the Indian team. Rahul completed his century off 176 balls with the help of 13 fours. This was the 10th century of Rahul’s Test career and the second century of the current series. Rahul had earlier scored 137 runs in the Leeds Test match.

In India’s first innings in the Lord’s Test match, KL Rahul along with Rishabh Pant added 141 runs for the fourth wicket. The Rahul-Pant pair has so far made century partnerships in three of the four Test innings in England, which is the highest for an Indian pair. There was a partnership of 195 runs in the Leeds Test match between Rahul-Pant this year. At the same time, in the year 2018, both of them partnered 204 runs in the Oval Test match.
