Donald Trump on India Pakistan War: US President Donald Trump said 4-5 fighter aircraft were killed during the war between India and Pakistan in May. He once again claimed that in the name of trade, the two nuclear -rich countries had arbitrariness in the ceasefire.
Although the US President made this comment during a dinner with some Republican MPs at the White House, he did not clarify whether the fighter aircraft belonged to India or from Pakistan. The US President said, ‘The aircraft was actually being killed in the air. Five, five, four or five, but I think five jets were actually killed.

India’s Air Chief Marshal made this claim
On May 10, a few days after the ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan, Air Marshal A.K. Bharti said that India killed many high -tech Pakistani fighters, although they did not mention the number. At the same time, Pakistan, while underestimating India’s claim, said that only one aircraft of the Pakistani Air Force (PAF) has suffered minor damage. Pakistan has claimed to kill six Indian aircraft including Rafael.
What did the Chief of Defense Staff say?
This claim of Pakistan was rejected by Chief of Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan. He admitted that some fighters were dropped during the war. General Chauhan said that the loss was in the early stages of the struggle, but the armed forces immediately corrected their mistakes and attacked Pakistan again.
The CDS said, “The important thing is not that the aircraft fell, rather why they were dropped. What mistakes have happened, this is important, the number is not important.”
