After Uttarakhand, now in the schools of Haryana, the pronunciation of ‘Geeta Shloka’ has been made mandatory in the morning prayer. Regarding this, Haryana School Education Board has issued a letter. The board says that this has been done so that the coming generations understand knowledge through the verses of the Gita and put it in life.
Aaj Tak spoke to the principal of a school in Haryana about this. He said that this has been done so that the younger generations become cultured and create a cultural society. Our Prime Minister also dreams that India should become a world guru. Earlier, people from abroad used to come to study spirituality in our country.

Knowledge of spirituality is paramount. By reading Geeta Shloka, children will be cultured and ideal in themselves. In the Gita Shloka, it is said that how should our conduct be done? What is our contribution to society?

In the fourth verse of Gita, it is told that a student will get knowledge only when his character is good towards his gurus. Whatever be the conduct in life, everything should be according to the Bhagavad Gita. Let us tell you that earlier in the schools of Uttarakhand, Geeta Shloka was made mandatory.
