South Africa will face New Zealand on 26 July in the final of the T20 tri-series.
In the T20 tri-series, the home team Zimbabwe faced defeat in the third consecutive match. South Africa defeated Zimbabwe by 7 wickets on Sunday and entered the final. New Zealand has already reached the final after winning 2 consecutive matches.
Captain Rasi Van Dar Dasan 52 and Player of the Match Rubin Harman scored 63 runs for South Africa in Harare. Corbin Bosch got 2 wickets. Brian Bennett made a fifty from Zimbabwe.
Zimbabwe’s poor start After losing the toss in Harare, Zimbabwe started to bat first. The team lost 3 wickets for 44 runs. Vesle Madhevewe was dismissed for 13, wicketkeeper Clive Madande 8 and captain Sikander Raza 9 runs. Brian Bennett put a fifty. He partnered 78 runs with Ryan Berl for the fourth wicket and brought the team to 120. Bennett was dismissed for 61 runs.

Lost 3 wickets to score 4 runs After Bennett’s wicket, Zimbabwe lost the next 3 wickets to score 4 runs. Ryan Berl was notout 36 runs and took the team to 144 runs. Corbin Bosch from South Africa took 2 wickets. Lungi Engidi, Nandre Burger and Kabayomji Peter got 1–1 wickets. A batter run out was also out.
South Africa lost 2 wickets in Powerplay The protest team, which came out to chase the target of 145 runs, also had a poor start. 2 wickets fell in the powerplay. Wicketkeeper Luhan Dre Pretorius 4 and Reeja Hendrix were dismissed for 6 runs.
