In Patna’s Paras Hospital shootout case, sensational revelations are being made one after the other. The investigation of this murder spread from Bihar to Bengal has now reached a very sensitive turn. The four accused arrested from Kolkata were produced in Alipur court on Friday. The police is preparing to take the accused to Patna by taking transit remand from here. A medical examination of all the accused was conducted before the appearance.

Meanwhile, Nishu Khan, one of the main accused in the Chandan Mishra murder case, has described himself as completely different from this conspiracy. He said, “I don’t know anything. Nobody gave me any money. I am not a part of this conspiracy. I do not know who hatched the conspiracy and spent how much he spent.” This statement of Nishu Khan is surprising. Because the Patna police say that the conspiracy to murder was hatched at his house.

Gangster Nishu Khan said- had to go to Delhi for treatment

Nishu Khan is said to be a relative of Tausif Badshah, who carried out this murder. He told that in the year 2023, he was shot in his left leg in a land dispute. Because of this, he is not able to walk. He said, “I had to go to Delhi for my treatment. He came to Kolkata to pick up his girlfriend. I don’t know what Tausif has done. I do not know what the conversation took place between Sheru and him. ”

Senior Superintendent of Police of Patna Karthikeya K Sharma said that Tausif Badshah, the main accused in the gangster Chandan Mishra murder case, and three of his associates have been arrested. The four accused were arrested under sections related to the murder and Arms Act. He is being presented in court and remand for questioning in police custody. The cooperation of Kolkata Police is commendable.

Patna police find out the whereabouts of the four accused

The SSP said that after this incident, the team formed for investigation traced the accused on the basis of all the evidence including CCTV footage and call detail records. His location was found in Kolkata, after which the local police was contacted. After this, a joint team of Kolkata Police, STF and Bihar Police raided the locations of the accused and arrested them.

Earlier, the police team has caught ten suspects from two different places. Five people, including a woman, were detained from a guest house in Anandpur area of Kolkata on Saturday night. A few hours before this, five people were arrested by a joint team of Bihar Police and West Bengal Police from New Town area. A suspect caught had a leg injury, who was taken by an ambulance for treatment.

Police question, how armed crooks reached the hospital

CCTV footage of this incident is going viral on social media. In the CCTV footage, it was seen that five armed attackers entered the ICU of the hospital and fired bullets on gangster Chandan Mishra. Chandan Mishra died on the spot. He was serving a life sentence in a murder case. But he came out on parole to treat hemorrhoids and was admitted to Paras Hospital in Patna.

SP Deeksha of Patna (Central) said that the most important point of investigation is how the attackers reached the room directly without any security check, where Mishra was admitted. He said, “Five masked armed attackers reached the second floor, fired bullets and left comfortably. It raises serious questions on the security system of the hospital. Investigators are investigating any possible collusion.”
