An Indigo flight caused technical fault on Sunday, due to which the aircraft kept circling in the air for about 40 minutes. After this, Tirupati came back.
According to the Air Traffic Tracking Website Flight Radar 24, the Airbus A321NEO aircraft left Tirupati Airport at 7:42 pm and returned at around 8:34 pm.
This was the last scheduled flight of the day from Tirupati to Hyderabad, which was canceled. No official statement has come from IndiGo on the case so far.
According to Flight Radar 24, the flight took a U-turn by visiting the city of Venkatagiri in Tirupati.
