The government of UP CM Yogi Adityanath has made a new plan for employment. Under the Zero Poverty Abhiyan, the Yogi government has prepared a blueprint for a scheme that will not only train, but will also connect directly with jobs in many big companies.
In the first phase of the start of this campaign, the heads of 300 poor families will be done by giving vocational training. So that they can be connected to jobs with salary of Rs 18,400 per month. The special thing is that after completion of training, these people will not have to worry about the job.
According to the news of a news agency, companies themselves will reach these people. The state government will place them directly in the top companies. These include big companies like Hotel Taj, State Bank of India (SBI), L&T Limited, Adani Group. According to officials, this is the first time in the country when a government is going to directly connect the poor with the corporate sector.
Now the ability will be identified
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath clearly said that the poor do not just need relief, but opportunities are needed. If they get opportunities, then any family can become self -sufficient. The government thinks that no mercy, give opportunities. So that the weaker section can be proud of itself.
Skill Development Department will be responsible for training
Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission has been given the command of this campaign. According to Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, 300 families have been identified in the first phase. After this, the campaign will be expanded throughout the state. For this, more than a thousand training partners are being selected across the state, which will participate in the process of commercial training.
Preparation on every aspect for job
This scheme will be completely different from traditional training. Not only technical information will be given here, but attention will also be given to the entire personality development. Among the areas where training will be imparted under 360 degree model, there are hospitality, basic English and dialogue skills, customer dealing, office and toilet cleaning, guest attendant, housekeeping work. Training has been prepared in such a way that all can be adopted according to the needs of the private sector and they do not have any hindrance in getting work.
Minimum guarantee of 18,400 monthly salary
The government has made it clear that the selected and trained family chief will get at least ₹ 18,400 monthly salary. This amount has been fixed not only in the name of giving them jobs, but with the intention of giving respectable life.
Industry extends hands
Officials said that this scheme has got the support of not only the country but also the international business world. So far, more than 40 big companies have expressed their desire to give jobs to these trained youth. The Chief Secretary clarified and said, we are giving rights to people to work, to become self -sufficient. This scheme is not kindness or concession from any point of view, but a practical step taken towards life respectfully.
Every citizen will become part of development
The Chief Secretary said that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath always says that until the most backward person of society moves forward, development remains incomplete. The same philosophy is reflected in this scheme too. This slogan has now turned into policies.
