The Supreme Court ordered the Center and the Delhi government to find a Russian woman to find a lookout notice for her.
The court had said that the Russian woman Victoria should not leave the country. The court had ordered the child to be handed over to her Indian father Saikat Basu, finding the mother and child.
The court was told that the Russian woman and the child had disappeared in the forest. The woman’s husband and his family suspect that Victoria wanted to return to Russia after spying on India. She has been living in India since 2019. She came to India on X-1 visa.
The reason for the suspicion of espionage
Saikat Basu’s father has been an officer in the Indian Navy. Victoria’s father is a former employee of Russia’s intelligence agency. After marriage, Victoria always pressurized her husband Saikat to take the Kolkata -based Eastern Command Headquarters Fort William to visit.
The family suspects that Victoria wanted to return to Russia after spying on India here. The family has requested the Supreme Court to seize the passport of Victoria.
Caikat alleges that on July 4, Victoria was seen entering the back door with a Russian diplomat with a Russian diplomat. The husband claims that the woman’s affair with the Russian diplomat is going on.
Regarding this picture, it is claimed that Victoria Basu was seen entering the previous gate in the Russian Embassy.
The court told the lawyers- you can’t play with us The Supreme Court had asked the Russian woman’s lawyers her address, but claimed that she was not aware of it. The court also suspected his words.
Justice Suryakant told the lawyers, ‘You guys know everything. Do you think you can play with us? We will also summon the answer from the lawyers. You stop. ‘
